About High Pressure Pumps
Maximator High pressure pumps are versatile solutions for a wide range of engineering and industrial applications, including those in potentially explosive environments. These reliable and cost-effective pumps utilize oil, water, or specialized fluids to generate high pressures. Based on the oscillating pressure intensifier principle, Maximator High pressure pumps ensure continuous operation even during pressure drops. Driven by compressed air at 1 to 10 bar, they provide a dependable and efficient solution for your high-pressure needs.
The MAXIMATOR air-driven propulsion concept brings you a whole range of advantages:
-
Pressure regulation via manual pressure regulator or pneumatic valve
-
Air-driven operation—ideal for explosion-protected areas
-
Automatically stops once the final pressure is reached
-
Detects and compensates for pressure loss with automatic additional pumping
-
Zero energy consumption during prolonged pressure holding
-
No residual heat generation during the pressure holding phase
-
Easy installation and hassle-free operation—requires only a connection to a compressed air source, suction, and pressure pipe
-
Safe and reliable operation with minimal maintenance
MAXIMATOR offers expert consulting, design, and delivery of complete systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective test execution, along with comprehensive services.
MAXIMATOR pumps are available in five specialized sizes—M, S, G, GX, and DPD—each designed for different pumped media, varying flow rates, and maximum operating pressures. Whatever your requirements, MAXIMATOR provides the ideal liquid pump solution to meet your specific needs.
MAXIMATOR High-Pressure Pump Series
M...-3 series
-
double acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 2,200 bar (31,900 psi)
M...D pumps offer approximately 50% greater pump capacity than M pumps, with reduced pulsation.

MO...D series

-
double acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi)
M...D pumps are double-acting units with a single air drive head, offering the same features as the M series but with reduced pulsations and approximately 50% more flow than the single-acting M pumps.
MSF series

-
single acting
-
single air drive head and distance piece
-
Distance piece and leakage borehole
-
Pressures to 1,450 bar (21,025 psi)
MSF series pumps are rugged and designed for chemical service applications. These pumps are available as single acting types with single air drive head and distance piece.
S series

-
single acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi)
S pumps are single-acting units with a single air drive head, offering a compact and lightweight design for easy installation in both stationary and portable applications. They operate at air pressures as low as 1 bar (14.5 psi) thanks to minimal internal friction, making them perfect for applications requiring quick response times.
S...D series

-
double acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi)
S...D pumps are double-acting, single air drive head units, offering the same features as the S series, but with several key differences:
-
They come standard with a side inlet only.
-
They provide approximately 50% more flow and produce less pulsation compared to the single-acting S pumps.
-
The unregulated pilot port on all S...D pumps enhances pressure control and serves as the ideal location for installing control instrumentation, thanks to its compact size (BSP 1/8”).

S...-SS series
-
single acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 3.700 bar (53.660 psi)
-
stainless steel body and wetted parts
S...-SS pumps are single-acting units with a single air drive head, offering a compact and lightweight design for easy installation in both static and portable setups. Thanks to minimal internal friction, they operate at air pressures as low as 1 bar (14.5 psi), making them ideal for applications that require a fast response time.
G series

-
single acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 4,500 bar (65,295 psi)
G pumps feature stainless steel bodies and plungers, with all models equipped with polyurethane seals. For water-only applications, the UHMWPE seal option is recommended. However, the standard polyurethane seal offers a significantly longer service life in non-water applications. G pumps come with a bottom inlet as standard, while a side inlet is available as an option. The G500(S) model is available exclusively with a side inlet.
G...-2 series

-
single acting
-
double air drive head
-
Pressures to 7,000 bar (101,000 psi)
G...-2 pumps are single-acting, double air drive head units. Compared to the single-acting, single air drive head G pumps, they achieve double the pressure at the same air drive pressure.
G...-2 pumps come standard with polyurethane seals, but UHMWPE seals with FKM O-rings for water applications are available as an option. They are equipped with a bottom inlet by default, and a side inlet is available as an option.

G...D series
-
double acting
-
single air drive head
-
Pressures to 4.500 bar (65,250 psi)
G...D pumps are double-acting, single air drive head units that share the same features as the single-acting, single air drive head G pumps. However, they offer reduced pulsations and deliver approximately 50% more flow.
These pumps come with polyurethane seals as standard, with the option of UHMWPE seals and FKM O-rings for water applications. Models G10D – G35D feature a bottom inlet by default, with a side inlet available as an option. Models G60D(S) – G150D(S) are only available with a side inlet.

GSF series
-
single acting
-
single air drive head and distance piece
-
Pressures to 1,450 bar (21,025 psi)
GSF series pumps are built to be durable and are specifically designed for chemical service applications. They are available as single-acting models with a single air drive head and a distance piece.
