Parker Hannifin's Partek Operation manufactures
flow control products for use in fluid systems
where corrosion protection is required or where
media purity must be safeguarded. The wetted
surfaces of all products are of chemically
inert, corrosion-resistant PFA or PTFE. External
materials used are anodized aluminum,
polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinylchloride (PVC),
polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), or
perfluororalkoxy (PFA). Durable, leak-free
Partek products are designed for use in
semiconductor applications. Partek products are
also used in a variety of other applications
including chemical, food and pharmaceutical
processing; and biomedical and analytical
instrumentation.
Partek Operation is also qualified and approved
per the SEMI F-57-0301 specification for
"Polymer Components Used in Ultra-pure Water
(UPW) and Liquid Chemical Distribution Systems."
The report provides our results compared to the
SEMI F-57 baseline standards.
